I didn't finish the textures. The AO and Normal maps had problems in them and I had to go back to fix up each as best as I could. Overall I'm happy with the model but not with the maps.

Got everything in the LPM except the rope. Just under the 20K limit

If i had the practice and knowledge before, these would have come out a lot better.
